Prince William Cardinals Mission

The Prince William Cardinals travel baseball organization is committed to providing a positive learning environment and supportive culture that encourages the growth and development of competitive youth athletes, both on and off the field. The Cardinals coaching staffs are passionate, experienced and dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of baseball to its athletes - from basic skills, to handling the mental and emotional aspects of the game, as they prepare to play at the high school level and beyond. The Cardinals assist its athletes in developing a respect for self, a respect for others and a respect for the game - and work as a collective team to support each other and enjoy the progress of its participants along the way.

5.27 - What a Memorial Day weekend for our Cardinals teams, participating in double header play and a number of tournaments!

Congratulations to our 9U team on winning the USSSA GMBL Memorial Day Mayhem tournament in Manassas this past weekend! In a game that included three lead changes - it ended in dramatic fashion with the team pulling away in extra innings. Way to go, Cards! ⚾️🏆

In other tournament play, our 11U Severino team went undefeated in the Winchester Baseball Showdown in the Valley tournament to take home their second tournament win of the season! Congrats on the win, Cards! ⚾️🏆

** NEW PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT **

The Prince William Cardinals are excited to announce a new partnership with DVS Baseball to promote better arm care for pitchers across our organization! DVS Baseball, developed by Justin Orenduff, former MLB first round draft pick and pitcher within the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, provides cutting edge biomechanics technology geared to increasing pitchers longevity and optimal performance. The Cardinals will be one of only a handful programs across the country to use this technology. It’s another step we’re taking as an organization to promote proper arm care and improve the longevity of our player’s in the game of baseball. We are beyond excited to be able to work with Justin and the DVS Baseball team!

Our Cardinals 11U team was back in action this past weekend, hosting a local double header. The boys turned in a solid performance to capture their second DH sweep of the season, capped off with a two-run, walk-off single! Nice work, Cards! 🍂⚾
