We are!? Cardinals!
The Prince William Cardinals are a non-profit travel baseball organization that was founded in 2018. We started the organization with a goal to provide a higher level of competition for talented and motivated youth baseball players in the hopes to develop them into all around players for years to come. We believe in the spirit of the game and the players enjoying the game while competing at the highest levels. The organization is based out of Gainesville, VA and is comprised of players from in and around the western Prince William county area. Our home games are played at Nokesville Park in Nokesville, VA and Northern Fauquier Community Park in Marshall, VA.
About Us
Travel baseball for the Cardinals runs from the fall season, to winter workouts, through the spring season.
The fall season begins in early August and runs through the end of October. Teams will practice twice a week for the entirety of the season along with either weekend tournaments or double headers, from August until the end of October. The number of tournaments (local or out of town) and double header games are determined by each team.
Once the fall season ends, we believe in giving our athletes a break from baseball to rest their minds and bodies. Beginning in early January, our teams participate in winter workouts, practicing twice a week indoors, as well as strength and agility training. B
eginning in mid-March, our Spring season kicks off again with practices twice a week, tournaments (local and away) and double headers. The Spring season will conclude at the end of June.
