Cardinals giving back.

While hard work and dedication plays a big role for the Prince William Cardinals on the field, our involvement in the community and ability to give back off the field, plays an even bigger one. Our players are taught the importance of helping those in need and volunteering their time to take action towards making a positive impact in and around their community. Our teams regularly meet to discuss ways in which they can work to give back off the field.

Holiday cheers for children.

For the second year in a row, our Cardinals 11U team took time to participate in a toy drive to support INOVA Children’s Hospital in Fairfax, Va.  In doing so, the boys are learning valuable lessons in humanitarianism and community involvement, helping those less fortunate.

Holiday food drive.

Valuable life lessons can be learned on and off the field. Our Cardinals 13U team celebrated the holiday season by gathering food donations and delivering over 260 lbs of food to the Haymarket Food Pantry.

Giving Tree.

Our Cardinals 8U team joined forces with one of our sponsors, Superior Paving Corp. this holiday season to help fulfill some tags from the Giving Tree. It was a great demonstration of benevolence from these young men, assisting those less fortunate.

Power rings.

Our 9U team surprised officers at the Haymarket Police Department with donuts, bagels and pastries to help ‘power’ them through their day. We are thankful for our law enforcement personnel and for their service to our community, especially during the holiday season!
